We got close to lash and brow businesses and heard the same things over and over. I lose bookings every week to missed DMs and calls I can't take. They were front-desk problems — and no tool built for a solo artist was solving them.
The technology to fix it existed; it just hadn't been put in one place and pointed at lash and brow.
